GrassThe carpet does not smell so bad;  I am glad I vacuum it.  Fetal positions are so cliché,  but so are my awkwardly wielded devices  and word vomit.  So, why stop there?   
My self-loathing induced labor  
gives birth to bastard art.  I hate my offspring,  but only because their features reflect everything I hate in myself:  shallow desires, a hollow core, and an utter lack of integrity.   
I try desperately to suffocate the remainder of myself divided by me-  I-wish-I-was-always.  The only solace I find in that pillow  are the dreams I spend laying in a lawn Grass

SmileTeething at 25 would be more palatable  if it meant you became wiser with each wisdom tooth.   
For what it's worth,  the pain is not unlike the night I took a right hook to my jaw -  and wisdom I did gain  from being robbed and threatened at gunpoint.   
My battered wife's pale blue cheeks,  the blood splattered walls and 16 inch tile,  and the floating ache in my ribs  sharpened my perspective.

Hermes"500 fleas," the vet said,  had been gnawing at his flesh.  No wonder he was whiny -  the irony of being eaten  alive and starving simultaneously.   
His affection was baffling  for a stray.  Two pure bred  rag dolls didn't pay me as much  heed as he did.   
"8 months, give or take a month."  Old enough to be castrated, and  so he was, the receipt says.
